What this website collects, and what we do with it.

Only what you choose to send

This website collects personal information only when you fill in one of its forms: asking for a meeting, making a referral, sending feedback, registering your interest in working with us or applying for a job (including a CV, if you attach one), or joining our newsletter. It collects what you type into that form.

Where it goes

What you send goes straight to the secure system our team uses to manage enquiries, referrals and recruitment, so the right person can get back to you. That system stores it in Australia. The website itself passes your message on and keeps no copy of it. We use it to respond to you and to provide the supports you ask about — we never sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Please don't include NDIS, Medicare, pension or card numbers in any form. We'll ask for anything we need when we speak with you.

The newsletter

If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address, the words you agreed to, when you agreed to them and the page you joined from. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.

No tracking

This website uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Our maps and Facebook page are ordinary links: nothing from Google or Facebook loads until you choose to open one. If you change the text size or contrast with the accessibility button, that choice is remembered in your own browser, on your own device.

Seeing or correcting your information

A concern about privacy

Tell us first if you can — see feedback & complaints. If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
